The Goal:
Increase your Strength to help reduce injuries and increase running speed across 5km to 10km Events.
Suitable for anyone looking to develop as the program is scaleable with reduction in reps, sets or intenisty.
The Method:
The plan focuses on developing your body, through 5 - 6 sessions per week with different levels of effort for each session. Some sessions will be focused on developing strength and others focus on developing running conditioning.
